March 22-23
Easter Weekend
Hop on out to Rondout Valley Resort & join the fun when we color eggs & have a delicious Easter Dinner on Saturday & look for eggs & candy during our Easter Sunday Hunt.
April 20
Earth Day
Today we'll be cleaning up the park to get ready to plant flowers & plants right after Mother's Day. Saturday evening we'll have a Dessert Social & card games later in the Adult Lounge.
May 3-4
Spring Fling Flea Market
One man's "junque" is another man's treasure. Come to the park this weekend & see what you can find.
May 10-11
Mother's Day Weekend
There's no one more special than Mom, so bring her to the park this weekend & treat her to lots of fun & a special BBQ Saturday night.
May 17-18
Flower Power
Come to Rondout Valley this weekend & help us celebrate Spring by planting flowers throughout the park.
May 24-26
Memorial Day Weekend
This is the first holiday weekend of our 2008 camping season & we'll have lots on the schedule for you to enjoy, including crafts, hayrides & the first cannonball contest of the year.
May 31-June 1
Scouting Weekend
This weekend we open up our park to the Girl & Boy Scouts of America. All are campers are encouraged to bring their local scouting groups to the Resort this weekend at no charge. On the schedule are many scout-related activities & sporting events. The opening & closing ceremonies are something you won't want to miss! Call the Resort Office for details about how your troop can participate in this truly inspiring weekend.
June 7-8
Egg-stravaganza
Egg coloring, egg hunt, egg toss, and a special egg breakfast at the Snack Bar are just a few of the EGG-citing things on the schedule this weekend.
June 14-15
Father's Day Weekend
This is Dad's special weekend, so bring him to the park for some special fun. We'll have lots for Dad & the rest of the family to do, including horseshoes, bocce, Father-Son dodge ball & a special BBQ Saturday night.
June 21-22
Down on the Farm
3-Legged Races, Wheelbarrow Races, Seed-Spitting Contest & a visit to Kelder's Farm are some of the fun things you can look forward to this weekend.
June 28-29
Safety Weekend
Safety is important & this weekend we'll have lots of information on how everyone can have a safe summer. We hope to have demonstrations on Bike safety, Skateboard safety, Scooter safety, Fire safety, First aid, Brake safety & more.***note: children 14 & younger MUST wear a bike helmet while riding their bicycles, skates, scooters & skateboards on Resort property. This is a NYS Law.***

Fourth of July
How about a Pots 'n' Pans Parade, Watermelon Eating & Cherry Seed Spitting Contests? Come to the park this weekend & join in the fun!
July 12-13
Wet 'n' Wild
On the schedule are Swim Races, Noodle Races, Sponge Toss, Diving for Treasure & a special ADULT ONLY poolside event Saturday evening.
July 19-20
Summer Fun Flea Market
If one Flea Market is good, two is BETTER! Bring your treasures to sell or trade with your fellow campers.
July 26-27
Christmas in July
Bring your holiday cheer & join in the fun this weekend at our most popular theme weekend. We'll be making crafts, decorating the tree & singing holiday songs all in preparation for the "special" visit from Santa Saturday afternoon. Please bring something for the local "Toys for Tots" program. (Parent's: please call ahead for details) Ho! Ho! Ho!

Hawaiian Luau Beef 'n' Swine BBQ
Our Annual Beef 'n' Pork BBQ has a tropical twist, so put on your grass skirts & get ready to eat & party! Reservations are required, so please get your tickets EARLY!

Sweet Summer - featuring our Annual Bike Rally & Road Trip
Join us at the Resort this weekend for lots of fun, including a Sweet Search, Chocolate Pie eating contest , ice cream sundae specials
at Snack Bar & more ! Bring your bikes & join the ride! Everyone is welcome!

Augtoberfest
Beer 'n' Brat BBQ, Pretzel Toss and a Root Beer Chugging Contest are all on the schedule this weekend, along with hayrides, crafts & lots of games.

Halloween in August
We have lots of treats (& maybe some tricks), planned for you this weekend, so plan to spend it at Rondout Valley Resort. There will be Trick-or-Treating throughout the park Saturday afternoon & a dance Saturday night.
August 30-September 1
Labor Day Weekend
Visit us this weekend & enjoy the last summer weekend cheering on the teams at our 2008 Dodge Ball World Championships. There will be lots of fun all weekend, including a dance Saturday night.
September 6-7
Back to School Blues
Awww, school's not that bad - but, to get rid of the "Back to School Blues," all students who are wearing blue can play mini golf FREE all weekend long. Saturday night we'll have a Blueberry Social, featuring YOUR favorite blueberry recipes.
September 13-14
Who Spilled the Beans?
We've never had a Chili Cookoff at Rondout Valley before, so this will be a first. Bring your best & join the fun!
September 20-21
Get Outta Town
Come to the country & enjoy a BEAUTIFUL Autumn day. Pick some apples at a local orchard, visit one of local fall festivals, or just relax at your site & enjoy the day. Saturday night we'll have a hot dog BBQ
September 27-28
Fall Festival Flea Market
If two flea markets is better, then three is best, so bring your treasures to sell or trade & enjoy another beautiful fall weekend in the country.
October 4-5
Piefest
Saturday afternoon we'll have a chocolate pie eating contest & Saturday night we'll have a Pie social. Bring the whole family to join in the fun.
October 11-13
Columbus Day
This is the last big camping weekend of 2008, so be sure to spend it here. We'll have lots of activities planned, including dodge ball, football, hayrides, & a dance Saturday night.
October 25-26
Halloween Weekend
We have Trick-or-Treat throughout the park, a dance &, of course, our SPOOKY Hayride this weekend so come on up & join the fun!
November 29
Thanksgiving
Enjoy the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at Rondout Valley Resort. We cook the turkeys, you bring the rest. Let's give thanks together.
